1. Passport: A valid U.S. passport with at least six months remaining before expiration and at least one blank page for entry stamps. 

2. Tanzanian Visa: A visa is required for U.S. citizens. The cost is $100 and is obtained online up to 3 months before travel. Detailed instructions on how to purchase visa will be provided. 

3. Parental Consent for minors: A notarized letter of consent from both parents or legal guardians, allowing the minor to travel. 

No vaccinations are required for travel to Tanzania. Although participants are advised to go to a travel clinic for recommendations on vaccinations include malaria medication.

First, we genuinely were cared for- in terms of our dietary restrictions, personal comfort, and needs. There's a difference between feeling cared for and actually being cared for. Definitely was the latter with Green Ed. Second, we were made to feel safe. Driving was extremely safe and efficient, all local restaurants were well-chosen, and all excursions were done with regard for our physical and emotional safety. Third, there is great knowledge of the wildlife and the ecosystems.
