Snorkel with Giants
Activity: Enjoy an early breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a 6 hour quest to snorkel with sperm whales. The ocean, and the wildlife within, are unpredictable, but there is also a chance of encountering false killer whales, pilot whales, and dolphins.

Morning: On the water searching for/ snorkeling with sperm whales and whatever else we find

Late Afternoon: Leisure time to enjoy the hotel amenities before joining the group for dinner in Roseau

Rainforests, Waterfalls & Hot Springs…Oh My
Activity: After spending the morning on the water, we will have time for a short break at the hotel before it’s time to venture inland. You will have a chance to take in the island’s unbridled scenery on our drive to the rainforest. Our first stop is a visit to a hidden waterfall that is only accessible by swimming through a breathtaking canyon. Next, it’s time to relax and rejuvenate as you soak in one of Dominica’s natural hot springs.

Afternoon: Swim through the Titou Gorge and soak in the Ti Kwen Glo Cho Hot Springs

The Quest for Sperm Whales Continues
Activity: Our quest to snorkel with sperm whales continues as we meet our boat captain and expert guide, with hydrophone in hand, for our last 2 days on the water.

Morning: On the water searching for/ snorkeling with sperm whales and whatever else we find

Late Afternoon/ Evening: Relax at the hotel or take a stroll into town for some shopping and/ or cultural immersion

Coral Reef & Jungle Adventure
Activity: After breakfast, we will head to Champagne Reef. This reef is one of the best snorkel destinations in the Caribbean and gets its name from the bubbles that come up through the seafloor from the volcanically active thermal spring underneath. We will return to the hotel to dry off before we head to the extreme tip of the island for lunch. Next, we will travel to a UNESCO World Hertitage Site and take a short scenic walk for a panoramic view of Dominica’s famed twin falls.

Morning: Snorkel trip at Champagne Reef (Or add on 2 boat dives for certified SCUBA divers. Minimum 3 divers. Cost to be determined.)

Late Afternoon: Visit the spectacular twin falls of Trafalgar

Evening: Join the group for dinner at the hotel

Lodging: Fort Young Hotel

Fall in Love with this Island Paradise

I absolutely loved this trip. I saw so much of Iceland, beautiful mountains. walked on the soft black sand beach. dipped in the ocean and didn't feel the cold. Tara and Inga kept everything running smoothly . the hot springs were amazing. The lodging was perfect. Yoga and meditations practice was refreshing. I previously had no idea about the mythical side of Iceland. So much fun to learn. Most importantly the other travelers were great. I always feel I have made new friends with like minded woman. Love the Green Adventure tours.

This was probably the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever been on. Everything was planned out so well with room to pivot when needed. It was a great mix of activities and down time. The guides were amazing. I learned so much about the area and the animals. I had some amazing experiences swimming with sea lions and whale sharks and meeting new people.

The Baja Eco Adventure Winter Getaway was a fantastic trip! From the group leader, Lori, who solved every issue presented to her, to the incredible knowledge and passion of the local guides, Michelle and Chabelo, there was nothing missed! Also, I will not forget the awesome meals prepared and served at camp. The whole team worked together seamlessly! This was my first of hopefully many more trips with Green Edventures.

Tara and her team were amazing! Their attention to detail, organization, and attention to our needs was top notch. We were all in heaven in the tropical paradise of Baja Sur California. The hotels were clean and comfortable. We transferred by boat to our amazing camp site overlooking an azure lagoon, and our chef, Anna, kept us fed with wonderful, hot meals. Our group of 11 women from the age of mid 50's to 72 years of age participated in snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, swimming with sea lions and whale sharks! It was sad when we had to say goodbye and fly home to reality, but we will always have our memories of this adventure.

A wonderful trip! We did a lot and saw a lot: gray whales, humpback whales, dolphins, sea lions, whale sharks, coral, tropical fish! Also birds and rays. The staff were wonderful , caring and attentive to our needs . We had a stunning little cove where we glamped. I had some issues with my knees and they were always there to assist. Overall a great trip !

As I reflect on the past year, my mind goes to one of the most amazing adventures I have ever had. Green Edventures’ Tanzania Women’s Safari (August 2025) was one of the most meaningful and impactful experiences of my life. Every day brought unforgettable moments, witnessing the Great Migration, getting up close with lions and elephants, and exploring the breathtaking Arusha National Park, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire. The guides that Green Edventures partners with at Matangos Expeditions were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about wildlife and the natural environment. They helped us connect with the local culture and truly feel a part of Tanzania, even if only for a few beautiful days. They always seemed to know the best locations and hidden spots to see the Big Five. The experiences with the Hadzabe, Datoga, and Maasai communities were especially meaningful and invaluable. From the moment we landed, the trip was seamless; transfers, lodges, meals, and all safari logistics were perfectly organized and completely taken care of. The accommodations exceeded my expectations, the food was delicious. As a woman in my 30's, I felt safe and supported throughout the entire trip. Unforgettable Adventure in Peru with Green Edventures! My Green Edventures trip to Peru was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the experience was thoughtful, well-organized, and filled with heart. Our leader Tracey set the tone—kind, thoughtful, and fun, she kept our group connected and cared for, while adding a spark of humor and joy to every day. Guido, with his deep knowledge of Peru’s history and culture, brought ancient sites and local traditions vividly to life. Americo’s patience and huge heart made every hike and challenge feel achievable—his encouragement and care made such a difference. The itinerary was a perfect blend of adventure, culture, and connection. Highlights included: Cooking authentic Peruvian dishes in Cusco Exploring the cobblestone streets and vibrant markets of the city Hiking Palcoyo Rainbow Mountain with breathtaking 360° views Visiting Chinchero, Moray, and the salt mines of Maras The once-in-a-lifetime hike along the Inca Trail, arriving at Machu Picchu through the Sun Gate What truly pushed this trip over the top, though, was the group of incredible women I shared it with—smart, kind, and adventurous souls who made every day even more fun.
