Greenland beckons those who are drawn to more than adventures labeled “off-the-beaten-path.” It speaks the language of explorers like you seeking out the wonders of the world, willing to go to the edge of the world to find them.
Let us take you there.
East Greenland, on the world's largest island, offers a pristine canvas of icy landscapes, towering mountains, and endless glaciers. The vast expanse of unspoiled wilderness stretches as far as the eye can see, a reminder of nature's grandeur and unyielding power.
The moment you set foot on this magnificent land of rock and ice you will be captivated by its raw, untamed beauty, and surprised by how alive it is! Colorful Inuit homes dot the coastline, arctic flowers bloom under midnight sun, and the emerald sea bursts with life above and below the waterline.
Getting to East Greenland is not easy, and that's what makes it even more special. You have the opportunity to be one of the few, at the right place in time, to discover an environment that is wild and unspoiled before the rest of the world does.
On this expedition we travel everywhere by foot or by boat. We stay in hotels in villages, that only recently started to have "tourists," and two nights in Traditional Greenlandic Houses. Many of the hikes are into areas with no trails, only natural landmarks to navigate by. Cultural programs are impromptu, but authentic.
If that sounds like your kind of adventure, keep reading.
What others are saying...
"The experience has been life changing. The magnificence of Greenland cannot be overstated. Everyday was a new and awe inspiring experience. We hiked on a glacier into an ice cave, which will forever be one of the most incredible experiences of my life. We watched humpback whales bubble net feeding, each moment feeling joy that I was sharing a world with these beautiful animals. We traveled into the fjords, seeing the ever changing waters of the arctic. With our experienced guides, we had opportunities to experience the local community of East Greenland and submerge ourselves into the awesome landscapes. All of this while traveling with a group a new, fascinating friends." Amy G. Greenland 2024
